Returns & Refunds Policy 

We want you to love your purchase, and we follow all UK consumer laws to ensure a fair and transparent returns process.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing: please reach out on chat box on our website within the 14-day period.

Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original condition and packaging

We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are not in a resaleable condition for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is fully responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

Return postage costs are not refundable under any circumstances.

4. Restocking & Admin Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a £20 restocking and admin fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
This covers processing, quality checks, labour, packaging waste, and administrative handling.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping/postage paid on your order

  • Any upgraded delivery options (e.g., Next Day Delivery)

  • Return postage fees

  • The £20 restocking/admin charge (deducted from refund)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been received, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photo/video evidence.
We will then arrange a replacement or solution at no cost to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Processing Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund (minus non-refundable costs and the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

8. Exceptions (Items We Cannot Accept Back)

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened liquids (oils, prep & wipe, acetone, sprays, gels, etc.)

  • Used or opened cosmetics or consumables

  • Personalised or custom-labelled items

  • Sale items where explicitly stated

  • Digital products

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty.
